2023 Impact Report

Gold Leaf Farming is a specialty crop farming company that owns and operates nearly 12,000 acres of almond and pistachio farms on behalf of our capital partners. We aim to deliver strong financial returns to our partners through a non-concessionary approach to owning and operating high value farmland. We also understand that the most long-term value in farming will be driven by how well we conserve and regenerate our planet’s natural resources and care for our farm workers and farming communities. Together, these aims guide our approach to asset selection, operations, risk mitigation and ESG efforts with an eye towards maximizing long-term value and impact.

Our strategy is twofold: (1) to buy high-quality specialty crop farms with secure water rights and above-average yield potential and (2) to operate them in a modern, sustainable way at scale to drive long-term profitability.
